Turning Government inside out (#2)

Turning Government inside out by @Timolloyd (my new boss!).looks at how Inside Government, mentioned in my last post, has been having an impact not only in digital teams, but more widely in Departments where the beginnings of a sea change are being felt in how website content is viewed, and how policies are presented.

Having been of those policy types likely to be affected by the type of changes that Tim alludes to, I can certainly empathasise and think through what this is likely to mean in practice.  I guess now we all have a responsibility to make sure that the inevitable and welcome changes are implemented in a sensitive and inclusive way so that everyone is comfortable and works with the upcoming changes to ensure that Inside Government is acknowledged from within as the success that it deserves to be.
